ABOUT ME
I am a Brand, Business and Change consultant with over 25 years’ experience across global fashion and retail, working with founder-led and established brands navigating growth, transition and recalibration. My work sits at the intersection of brand, commercial strategy and people — helping organisations evolve with clarity and confidence, while protecting what makes them distinctive.
Alongside my professional experience, I have been fortunate to live and work internationally, including in Amsterdam, across the UK, and for a formative period of five years in California. That time brought real clarity — not only in how I wanted to work, but in how I wanted to live. It shaped my belief in sustainable ways of operating, thoughtful leadership and the importance of balance, and ultimately propelled me to this point over the last few years.
I am naturally curious and social, and I value working with — and surrounding myself with — thoughtful, like-minded people. As my children grow up, perspective has become increasingly important, both personally and professionally. I continue to challenge myself physically through regular exercise and time spent outdoors, particularly hiking where I live, which provides a vital counterbalance to strategic and cognitive work.
Through my career and lived experience, I understand how easily both individuals and organisations can become overwhelmed — how pressure, pace and unexpected change can compromise clarity, decision-making and the nervous system. This understanding underpins everything I do. Whether supporting brands through complex transformation or individuals through moments of stress and transition, my approach remains the same: calm, considered and grounded in creating the conditions for meaningful, sustainable change.
